Item Priority
Thresh takes Edge of Night, Ionic Spark and Morellonomicon, a control mage build that shreds magic resist and punishes stacked enemy formations. Kalista wants Blue Buff, Last Whisper and Striker's Flail for sustained physical damage, and Gwen takes Jeweled Gauntlet, Nashor's Tooth and Hand Of Justice as a crit AP skirmisher. Yorick holds the front with no single fixed item line in this data, so treat him as a flexible tank slot.
Augment Priority
Shadow Isles trait augments are valuable given four Shadow Isles adjacent bodies on the final board. Since this comp benefits from combat happening, as Souls trigger on deaths, augments that encourage early skirmishing or board strength are reasonable even in a Fast 9 build, which is slightly unusual for this list.
Flex Slots and Early Placeholders
Fiddlesticks, Ornn, Braum, and Seraphine can all be swapped out depending on the lobby, since none of them are locked in picks. Yorick and Loris are cheap enough to hold items early before Thresh, Kalista, and Gwen are fully online.
