Item Priority

Kalista takes Last Whisper, Striker's Flail and Spear of Shojin, armor penetration plus attack speed scaling for a hyper carry marksman build. Thresh mirrors his build from the sister comp with Edge of Night, Ionic Spark and Morellonomicon, and Yorick goes full tank with Bramble Vest, Dragon's Claw and Warmog's Armor. Ambessa is a flexible fourth item target with Bloodthirster, Sterak's Gage and Hand Of Justice.

Augment Priority

Same priority as the Thresh version: Shadow Isles trait augments first, then whichever combat augment best supports Kalista specifically, since she's the unit this build is most dependent on hitting items for.

Flex Slots and Early Placeholders

Fiddlesticks can be swapped out depending on the lobby. Rek'Sai, Viego, Gangplank, and Gwen are all cheap enough to hold items early while you build toward Kalista and Thresh.
